DELIVERY & RETURNS
Our Delivery & Returns services has changed due to the current Covid 19 pandemic.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, after which you will receive a confirmation email.
For the UK we offer two delivery services:
Express Service 1-3 working days
Ordinary Post 7-20 days
For Spain we offer one delivery service:
Express Service 1-3 working days

Our items are handmade with great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to refund the full amount to the original card details, or exchange it for another design.
Please take note that due to security and hygiene we do not accept exchanges or refunds on Face Masks.
Our returns policy is of 30 days from day of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To process an exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org; quote your purchase order number and let us know for what item you would like to process an exchange for. We will send you an Exchange Form to fill in and include in your exchange package. Place the unused item in its original packaging and post it to the address we will send you. Depending on your location you can forward your package to Glasgow, United Kingdom or to Madrid, Spain. As soon as we receive it we will send you the exchange item you have selected.
To process a refund please email us at email@example.com; quote your purchase order number and if you can do let us know the reason for returning the item, we will appreciate your feedback. We will send you a Refund Form to fill in an include in your refund package. . Place the unused item in its original packaging and post it to the address we will send you. Depending on your location you can forward your package to Glasgow, United Kingdom or to Madrid, Spain. As soon as we receive it we will notify you and refund you for the total purchase amount.
Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending, note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of the returns postage.
Please note that we can only exchange or refund items that have been bought directly from the House of Bibs website.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You have up to 7 days to cancel your order (as set out in Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If however your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the above returns policy.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
All returns should be notified to email@example.com, we will send you a form to fill in and include in your return package.
Returned packages for either an exchange or refund must be mailed to the address we will send you, we have two locations one in Glasgow, United Kingdom and the other one in Madrid, Spain.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please do consider using a trackable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and would therefore be unable to process the refund or exchange.
